OUR STORY

Communicare started as a university project, where a group of students came together to solve a problem for intensive care patients.

The team was made up of nurses working in the ICU. We collaborated with the medical staff in one of the biggest hospitals in the Baltics to develop an APP that would help patients to communicate their needs to the medical staff and answer basic questions about their condition.

We started by installing Communicare in 5 intensive care units in Estonia’s biggest hospital and then made it available world wide, where it has been used by over 300 patients, in over 30 different countries.

What makes Communicare different is its focus on ease of use, accessibility, and audio support.
